Two separate Silver Valley men are now in Shoshone County Jail facing rape charges.

51-year-old Greg Ingalls of Kingston was arrested on Dec. 9 following an investigation by Shoshone County Deputies. Ingalls is facing a violation of IC 18-6101, Rape, and a violation of IC 18-1508, Lewd Conduct with a Minor.

Ingalls's bond was set at $75,000. He will be heading to magistrate court Dec. 22 for a preliminary hearing. If convicted, he could be facing a maximum life sentence.

In a separate case, 22-year-old, Logan Silva, of Kellogg, was arrested the same day following a Kellogg Police Department investigation. Silva was charged with Rape IC 18-6101, which also carries a maximum life sentence.

Silva's bond was set at $100,000 and he will also be in magistrate court on the 22.

The Shoshone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is urging anyone with information regarding these two cases to contact local law enforcement.
