Shoshone begins processing out-of-county residents drivers license | North Idaho News

People waiting outside of Shoshone County Sheriff's Office

The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that it will start accepting out of county residents starting Tuesday for drivers license only.

They will, however, continue to process local concealed weapons permits and fingerprinting due to staffing issues.

The sheriff's office is asking patrons to bring warm clothes as there may be a wait outside due to COVID restrictions.

"Please be patient and courteous and we will get your needs processed as soon as possible," the sheriff's office said in a Facebook post.
