A Kalispell man is in jail after he was charged with two counts of aggravated driving under the influence.
At 12:18 am Wednesday, Idaho State Police responded to an injury crash on I-90 at MP 5.
74-year-old Roger A. Farrell was allegedly seen driving the wrong way on I-90. Post Falls Police attempted to stop Farrell but were unsuccessful.
Farrell allegedly collided with a Kia Sportage while traveling west in the eastbound lanes.
The passenger of the car was ejected from the Kia, according to police. Both passengers of the Kia were transported to Kootenai Health with injuries.
Farrell is now being held on a $150,000 bail.
If convicted he could face a maximum of 15 years in prison.
