Lori Isenberg's jury trial was postponed once again to Jun. 2 due to COVID-19.
Isenberg is accused of killing her husband, Larry Isenberg, who died under mysterious circumstances. Lori claims Larry fell off their boat on Lake Coeur d'Alene on Feb. 13, 2018. Although, an autopsy says he died due to an overdose of Benadryl.
After a two-week search, his body was recovered from the lake.
Shortly after, Isenberg plead guilty to wire fraud and theft from a federal program. She claims to have embezzled $570,000 from the North Idaho Housing Coalition.
If convicted of premeditated murder and conspiracy in the death of her husband, Isenberg could face life in prison or the death penalty. If not, she would still serve five years for embezzlement.
Isenberg is in jail on a $2 million bail.
