55-year-old, Harjit S. Gill, of Abbotsford, BC, was driving southbound in a White 2018 Western Star tractor pulling a loaded flatbed lumber trailer when he traveled left of center while negotiating a curve and sideswiped 85-year-old, William H. Sills III, of Bonners Ferry, ID in a Maroon 2007 Toyota Highlander.

Gill lost control of his vehicle causing the tractor and trailer to overturn blocking all lanes of travel for approximately 5 hours.
